1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the ttk66 website accessible at https://ttk66.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content made available to registered members.
• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully completed the ttk66 registration process and holds an active account on the platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total of cleared funds held in a member's ttk66 wallet, comprising deposits, credited winnings, and any applicable bonus funds (subject to wagering restrictions).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by ttk66 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and payment-method verification process required by ttk66 before processing certain account actions including withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency accepted on the ttk66 platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using bonus funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal as real-money cash.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ttk66 platform for any purpose — including browsing, registration, depositing, placing bets, or playing casino games — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance is deemed to occur at the moment you complete the registration process and click the confirmation checkbox acknowledging these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on ttk66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are not registered as a self-excluded individual on any self-exclusion programme, nor are you subject to a court order or other legal restriction prohibiting your participation in gambling activities.
• The information you provide during registration — including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details — is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different usernames, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4 Account Management

You are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your ttk66 account. This responsibility includes all bets placed, all deposits made, all withdrawal requests submitted, and all communications sent via the account. ttk66 will act in good faith on instructions received through your account login session and will not be liable for actions taken following unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must keep your password confidential at all times. You must not share your login credentials with any other individual, including family members. ttk66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account where we reasonably believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account holder is engaging in patterns of play that indicate exploitation of software errors, bonus abuse, or arbitrage strategies designed to generate risk-free profit at the platform's expense.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other members, or ttk66's legal or regulatory position.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ttk66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods:

All funds deposited into a ttk66 account must originate from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of the deposit pending investigation. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements.

Before processing any withdrawal, ttk66 may require the member to complete identity verification (KYC). Required documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the ttk66 platform, including cricket, handball, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered:

• Bets are accepted solely at the discretion of ttk66. The platform reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the platform with a unique bet reference number, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member except where explicitly permitted by in-play cashout functionality.
• In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error"), ttk66 reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether they have been settled. Members will be notified of any such void and the original stake will be returned to their account balance.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief delay between bet submission and acceptance to allow for odds recalculation. During this window, odds may change. If the odds have moved materially, ttk66 may offer the revised odds; the member retains the right to accept or decline.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits vary by sport, market type, and member account tier and will be communicated at the point of bet placement where applicable.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, settled bets will follow the settlement rules published for the relevant sport and competition in ttk66's detailed Sports Betting Rules document, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

ttk66 strongly supports the integrity of sporting events. Any member found to have engaged in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the fairness of a sporting event will have their account permanently closed and all funds withheld. ttk66 cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and law enforcement in the investigation of such matters.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on the ttk66 Casino section — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed by the individual game rules presented within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between those in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for game-specific matters, and these Terms shall prevail for all account, payment, and platform-level matters.

• Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcomes of real game apparatus (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated in a controlled studio environment.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game engine's pre-programmed rules. The result of the completed round will be binding. ttk66 will not be liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the member's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
• ttk66 does not offer any game that is pre-programmed to favour the platform to a degree beyond the standard published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP values for each slot game are available within the game's information panel.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

ttk66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general bonus conditions apply platform-wide unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the member's bonus wallet. Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds are used first during play.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. This amount must be wagered before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and slots typically contribute 100%, while certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if not claimed within the timeframe stated in the offer. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from the member's account automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per individual, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity under Section 9 of these Terms.
• ttk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This right will not be exercised retroactively against bonuses that have already been credited and partially wagered.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttk66 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may result in referral to appropriate authorities:

• Arbitrage betting: Placing bets on all outcomes of a market across multiple platforms in a manner designed to generate a guaranteed profit regardless of the outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith to generate unwarranted bonus credits or withdrawal-eligible funds.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated software to place bets, browse the platform, interact with games, or perform any function that would normally require human input.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain unfair advantage in poker or other card games, or otherwise conspire to cheat the platform or other members.
• Exploitation of software errors: Taking advantage of known or discovered bugs, glitches, or miscalculations in the platform's software to generate profits that would not arise under correct system operation.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or otherwise fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to place or layer funds derived from criminal activity.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity, using another person's payment method, or attempting to access another member's account.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttk66 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, game interfaces, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ttk66 or is licensed to ttk66 by its respective owners. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or transmitting any platform content without prior written authorisation from ttk66.
• Using any ttk66 branding, trademarks, or imagery in any external communication, website, or commercial context.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or game engine deployed on the platform.
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the platform by automated means.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttk66 shall not be liable to any member for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided on it.
• Any failure or delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by circumstances beyond ttk66's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal use of the platform, regardless of the member's expectations or prior betting patterns.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account arising from the member's failure to protect their credentials.
• Technical errors in game software caused by third-party providers, where such errors are outside ttk66's direct control and are subject to the relevant provider's own error resolution procedures.

Where ttk66's liability cannot be excluded at law, ttk66's aggregate liability to any single member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Privacy & Data

ttk66 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by members during registration, KYC, and ongoing platform use. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, fulfil legal obligations, and personalise the member experience.

ttk66 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or legitimate business necessity. 14 Amendments to These Terms

ttk66 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they materially affect members' rights or obligations — ttk66 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the platform's notification system or by email to the address registered with your account.

Your continued use of the ttk66 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date of the amended Terms.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a member and ttk66 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation in the first instance.

Members with unresolved complaints should submit a formal complaint in writing to [email protected], clearly stating the nature of the dispute, the date(s) on which the relevant events occurred, and the resolution sought. ttk66 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a substantive response within 5 business days of receipt.

All disputes relating to individual bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the relevant settlement date. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. ttk66's decision on bet-settlement disputes, once issued following a formal review, is final and binding.
